Sept. 2017 - A series of three two-hour classes (one per month) meets this fall at The Frida Center for Fibromyalgia, Portland, OR. The three classes include: Calming an Overactive Stress Response, The Fibromyalgia Experience, and Befriending Your Body.
Jan. 2016 thru June 2017- This small group class meets at The Frida Center for Fibromyalgia, Portland, OR) for two-sessions (8 hours total) (Navigating Life Changes and Challenges) emphasizes ways to help calm the overactive stress response and empowering ways to approach each day.
FUN New Women's Group Begins MARCH 2015This group meets every other month during 2015. 3-hour workshop format combines SoulCollage(r) plus simple mindful awareness practices for reducing stress, building life resilience, and group support. Group size is limited to 6 women
March 2014--Reducing Stress and Re-Building Your Resilience Learn simple mindful awareness practices for use in your everyday life to feel more centered and resilient in the presence of the many stress triggers in today's world. Current neuroscience research shows evidence that these simple practices help relieve the physical and emotional effects of chronic stress as well as provide benefits for your relationships, brain health, and overall well being.
